Return Policy

For over 30 years we have offered quality custom made seat covers at an affordable price. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return for an exchange or refund.

* Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving item.
* Returns with original invoice or receipt will be exchanged or refunded in the original tender.
* We cannot accept returns for items which have been personalized
* Returns must be undamaged and complete with original packaging

How to Return an Item:

To return or exchange an item, call 682 518 3868 and ask how you need to proceed. Please have your invoice number and other purchase information ready. Once you have obtained how to return, place seat covers in original packaging and include a note with the reason for the return and the action to be taken: exchange or refund. Please note that there will be up to a $40.00 per set charge on any exchange, refund, or cancellation.

Returns or exchanges are valid for 14 days only. If your covers are received after 14 days they will be returned to sender.

If you do not have original paperwork, please include a letter with your returned items that includes the following information

Your name
Address
Phone number
Invoice number
Item number or description
Reason for return
Action to be taken (Exchange or Return)
